Tripfur.com.au offers all the details regarding all the travel needs from Australia. We will help you with all the booking and payment for your travel and with us all your payments are secure. This website is created with a mindset to offer you easy and comfortable travel from Australia. You can use the website to check the availability of dates and airlines and get satisfactory services. We are always ready to help you and guide, so if you have any sort of problem or confusion regarding your reservation or travel, you can contact us via email, call or live chat. We would suggest to you that if you want to use our services, you have to agree with the terms and conditions without any change.


Reconfirmation

72 hours prior to departure, we would suggest you confirm your flight from the local airline office. Reconfirmation failure can result to cancellation of some bookings. If you have any special request then it is recommended to reconfirm from the agency as the airline will confirm it.


Airline Fares & Bookings

Any modification or changes in the Airfare by the airline is not our responsibility. The airline will not provide any prior notification.
Tripfur.com.au is not responsible for any service cancellation by third party or airlines.
We are not even responsible for loss or damage of baggage or any in-flight services during your journey. All these concerns need to be addressed directly to the Airlines.


Airport Check-In

For International Travel: As Airline closed the check-in counter one hour before your departure time, so it is advisable to reach the airport 3 hours prior to departure.
For Domestic Travel: We recommend you to reach the airport 90 minutes before the flight. As Airlines closes the check-in counter 1 hour before the departure time.

Baggage Information

Before the confirmation of the ticket, it is recommended to check and confirm the allowance of baggage on your booked price. From airline to airline the baggage allowances caries.

General rules of baggage allowance:

International (Australia to Asia/Europe/Africa/Middle East) - 20 Kg International (Australia to USA/Canada) - 23 kg of 1 piece or 2 piece International (Australia to New Zealand) - 0 kg.
Domestic within Australia: 0 kg. ** For additional baggage charges are applicable.
** Infants are permitted to carry only 10 kg for long-haul trip international and for short haul flights nil baggage.

Changes to your flight times

To check whether your flight is on time or there are some changes to the departure time, you need to contact the airline prior to your departure. It is solely your responsibility to check the flight schedule. We take no responsibility and will not bear any cost incurred if you have not contacted the airline to check the flight timings.

Travel Insurance

Tripfur.com.au strongly suggests you protect your travel from unforeseen circumstances by availing the travel insurance.

Taxes

Any sort of airport authorities or charges and taxes levied by the government is payable by the passenger. These charges either get included in your fare amount or are charged at the time of arrival or departure in local currency at the airport.

Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

Minimum 6 months of the valid passport is needed when you are traveling abroad. The visa and health regulation may differ from country to country but you need to have a valid passport for every country. We don’t take any responsibility if the documents you have provided at the time of booking is not legal and genuine, you have to keep in mind that all the documents you give us should be valid. If the rejection comes due to your invalid documents then we take no responsibility for it.

Credit Card Fees

When paying by credit card, surcharges are applicable. When you make payment to Tripfur.com.au by credit card, you agree not to claim any surcharges from us.
On MasterCard, Visa - 1.5% (issued by banks), Premium credit card - 3% (issued by following companies like Myer, Coles, Credit Union, GE credit card, etc.) fee applies.

Reissue Fee

If there is any change in the issued ticket like the date then a reissue fee will be applicable and the fee is AUD 100 per change and consolidator fee of AUD 22.00 will be charged for any fare difference, reissue fee, tax difference payable to the airline. If ticket requires reissue or travel has commenced then the airline may charge you taxes and additional fees or local office fees.

Cancellation Fee

All the cancellation depends on the terms and conditions of the airlines from which you have booked the services. Any cancellation of any constituent of your flight will obtain a minimum of AUD 150.00 per person as cancellation fees imposed by Tripfur.com.au, consolidator fee of AUD 22 as well as any cancellation fee levied by the Airlines. The cancellation fee may vary depending upon the time, airline and efforts spent in the refund processing application. In all circumstances, the infant tickets are always non-refundable.
The schedule change/ flight cancellation done by Airline, then the cancellation fee would be AUD 75.00 per person/ticket as well as cancellation fee levied by the airline.

Refund

The refund is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline from which you have booked the airfare. There are so many fares which are non-refundable. The refund may take up to 8-10 weeks and in some cases, Airline may take more than 12 weeks. If the refund is delayed from Airline, in this case, Tripfur.com.au is not at all responsible.
